Meet Jordan Peterson, our Leon Czolgosz

Jordan Peterson (Leon Czolgosz) has performed with Baraboo Theatre Guild, St. Bernard Players, Stoughton Village Players, Music Theatre of Madison, Four Seasons Theatre, Madison Theatre Guild, OUT!Cast Theatre, and the UW Varsity Band. Recent highlights include Company (SVP), RENT (FST), Side by Side by Sondheim (FST/MTG), One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest (MTG), Floyd Collins (MTM), Guys and Dolls (SBP), and Into the Woods (BTG). He is an IT Systems Architect with the State of WI.


Leon Czolgosz (1873-1901): Son of recently arrived Polish immigrants. Full-time laborer by age 12, first in a glass factory, later in a wire mill.  Attended a number of Anarchist rallies and had a brief meeting with anarchist agitator Emma Goldman.  Assassinated President William McKinley, September 6, 1901, at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo.

Meet Micah Herstand, our John Hinckley

 

Micah Herstand (John Hinckley), a Madison native, is a User Experience developer, Human-Computer Interaction researcher, and part-time student at UW–Madison. This is his fourth production with Four Seasons Theatre. Previous roles elsewhere include Tateh in Ragtime with the Black Rep of St. Louis and Motel in Fiddler on the Roof with Washington University in St. Louis. He also performed in the Muny's 2012 production of Thoroughly Modern Millie.


John W. Hinckley, Jr. (b. 1955): Son of a successful oil company executive; mother, a self-styled model homemaker.  Attended college for seven years without graduating, moved back in with his parents.  Developed an obsessive infatuation with movie actress Jodi Foster.  After several failed attempts to make contact with her, determined to attract her attention by killing a prominent public figure. Attempted to assassinate President Ronald Reagan as he left the Washington Hilton Hotel, March 30, 1981, seriously wounding four people, including the President.

Meet Meghan Randolph, our Sara Jane Moore

 

Meghan Randolph (Sara Jane Moore) is the founder and Executive Director of MTM, a small professional theatre producing lesser known musicals in Madison .  She has worked extensively as a performer and director with her company as well as Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Forward Theater, Four Seasons Theatre, Madison Opera, CTM, Tapit/New Works, and many others. Prior to moving to Madison she appeared on the national tour of Cats and in concert with Ricky Ian Gordon. She holds a BFA in musical theatre from the University of Michigan. 

 

 

Sara Jane Moore (b. 1930): Married five times, four children. She entered and dropped out of nursing school, joined the Women's Army Corps, and then became a C.P.A.  At age 42, she abandoned marriage and career to immerse herself in counter-culture lifestyle and revolutionary politics of the day. Recruited as informant by the F.B.I.  In effort to reestablish her radical credentials, she attempted to assassinate Presindet Gerald Ford September 22, 1975 as he left the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.

Meet Trevor Rees, our Lee Harvey Oswald

 

Trevor Rees (Lee Harvey Oswald) is a third year candidate in the MFA Acting/Directing program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received a BA in both Theatre and Communications from Cardinal Stritch University and has worked extensively in the theatre both professionally and non-professionally. Some of his professional experience includes performing with American Folklore Theatre, Children’s Theater of Madison, Derby Dinner Playhouse, and Renaissance Theaterworks. Trevor would like to thank Jess, Sarah, and Karen for this wonderful opportunity, his family and friends for all of their support, and his fiancé Izzy for being his best friend!

 

 

Lee Harvey Oswald (1939-1963): At age 12 he and his mother moved to the Bronx where he spent countless hours in libraries, museums, and on the subway.  A loner he encountered difficulties and spent time in a youth detention center. In 1956 he joined the U.S. Marine Corps.  After being court-martialed, he finished his tour and defected to the Soviet Union in October 1959.  Assassinated President John F. Kennedy from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas, Teax, November 22, 1963.

Meet Bart Terrell, our Sam Byck

Bart Terrell (Sam Byck) is very happy to be back with Four Seasons Theatre having performed as Baptista in Kiss Me, Kate and in The Irving Berlin Songbook.  Other local credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Tevye), The Odd Couple (Murray the Cop), Christmas Carol (Fezziwig), Sweeney Todd (Judge Turpin), and Assassins (Guiteau).

 

 

Samuel Byck (1930-1974): Unemployed tire salesman who sent long, rambling tape recordings to various celebrities, among them Jonas Salk, Senator Abraham Ribicoff, and Leonard Bernstein.  Convinced that the American political system was fundamentally corrupt, he picketed the White House, Christmas Eve 1973, dressed in a Santa Claus suit. Attempted to assassinate President Richard Nixon, February 22, 1974, by hijacking a commercial jetliner that he intended to crash dive into the White House.  Killed two before he himself was killed.
