Four Seasons Theatre continues its Cabaret @ the Circle series in cooperation with the Wisconsin Union Theater. The Fredric March Play Circle provides the perfect setting for FST’s vocalists to create an intimate cabaret experience, full of songs and stories.

FST is excited to feature Madison favorite Erica Halverson for a one night only event, "40 is the New Awesome!"  Alongside her super-talented friends and family, Erica shares her experiences of the first 40 years with a mix of Broadway favorites, pop music, and original pieces

Erica Rosenfeld Halverson is a Professor of Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she studies how people learn in and through the arts. She is the co-founder of Barrel of Monkeys in Chicago and currently performs in Madison with Four Seasons Theatre and with Children’s Theatre of Madison.

Cabaret @ the Circle with Amy L. Welk

Thursday, November 12 at 7 pm at The Play Circle in the Memorial Union
Big Deal!  Who Cares?  Whatever!  So What!  However it is said, there is a certain ring to this sentiment.  Join Amy for an evening of a fun, honest, possibly sarcastic, and thought provoking look at not taking life too seriously.  Through song, story, and wit, Amy will dazzle you (that was the sarcastic part) with selections from past shows, songbook standards, and favorite songs.  So What?  Come and find out.

Amy L. Welk has appeared in some wonderful shows with Four Seasons Theatre, Children’s Theatre of Madison, Middleton Players, and The Armory Dinner Theatre.  She received her training at UW-Whitewater and the University of London, and has acted regionally in the Midwest.  She was part of the National Tour of Cabaret in 2010, traveling the country in the role of Fraulein Schneider.  But, she happily returned to her family, her work, and her friends at FST.
