Inclement Weather

Thank you for purchasing tickets to THE SPITFIRE GRILL.  We value your patronage and hope the following information will answer any questions you may have regarding the remaining performances and Wisconsin weather.  

If the show is canceled due to inclement weather, we will notify all ticket buyers (who have provided an email address) and will post information on our home page by 4:30 pm for a 7:30 pm evening performance and by noon for a 3:00 pm matinee.

If a show is cancelled or you live outside the Madison area and are experiencing more problematic weather conditions, you will have two options:

If you would like to attend a future performance of THE SPITFIRE GRILL instead, you can complete an exchange in person at the Bartell. Exchanges will be available starting one hour before the performance. As seating is general admission and the lobby is small, we recommend that you arrive early so there is plenty of time for the in-person exchange. Please bring a photo ID and copy of your receipt. We will have a Will Call list of those who purchased tickets for the run of the show. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, priority will be given to those who originally purchased tickets in advance for the current performance.

Remaining performances are:

  • Sunday 12/12 at 3:00 pm
  • Thursday 12/16 at 7:30 pm (best seating available)
  • Friday 12/17 at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday 12/18 at 7:30 pm

If you are unable to attend a future performance, please send an email with your name, the performance date you purchased tickets for, the number of tickets, and your mailing address to info@fourseasonstheatre.com so we can provide you with a tax receipt for the face value of the tickets. Because both FST and MTG are IRS-qualified non-profit organizations, you can count your unredeemed ticket purchases as a charitable donation.  Email requests must be received within one week of the missed performance.

Because the box office is staffed by volunteers who are only available at the time of the performances, we are unable to fulfill individual requests for ticket reservation changes ahead of time via email or phone.

We appreciate your understanding as we try to accommodate everyone as best we can in the face of our unpredictable Wisconsin winter weather, and we hope you have a chance to enjoy THE SPITFIRE GRILL!
