Broadway’s Golden Couple joined Four Seasons Theatre for a special one night only event at the Wisconsin Union Theater. FST was truly blessed by this opportunity and thanks the Wisconsin Union Theater, Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission, and WI Arts Board for making it possible.

“An Evening of Broadway” was a magical evening from the opening strains of the Carousel Overture to the final chord of Mazzie and Danieley’s encore of “Opposite You.” It was a thrill for all of us onstage and backstage to work with Broadway veterans Mazzie and Danieley whose genuine love for the music and appreciation for the amazing local musicians, singers, and actors involved was truly heartfelt.

Seeing tears in the eyes of those who were part of RAGTIME (summer 2005) while they were singing in the chorus for “Back to Before” with Mazzie (who originated the role of Mother and was nominated for a Tony for the part) reminded of us of just how far Four Seasons Theatre has come in five years.

Thank you to everyone for their support throughout this journey.
